Taxes/fees and other charges in setting up a business in Calaca City varies in different divisions. 

For instance, getting the occupancy permit have bases of assessment, including character of occupancy or use of building, cost of construction, floor area, and height. The fixed cost of construction per sq. meter may range from P6,000 to P10,000. 

Health and Sanitary permits may range from P100 to P500 per sq. m.

Computation of the building fee per sq. meter is cumulative. For Division A1, the original complete construction up to 20 sq. meters is P2 per sqm., while above 150 sqm is P7.20.
