The church also keeps a duplicate of the table that was used in this activity and features Spanish-era architecture, reflecting its colonial history. It was proclaimed as a Diocesan Shrine, upgrading its ranking as a focus of faith and devotion in the Diocese of Imus.

Constructed during the Spanish colonial times, the church features Baroque architectural features. The Casa Hacienda was a notable administrative hub during the time of the Spaniards, managing large expanses of agricultural land for sugarcane, rice, and other crops. It was then a key location in the Philippine Revolution.

General Emilio Aguinaldo and other revolutionary chiefs took their oath of office on March 23, 1897, as part of the revolutionary government of the First Philippine Republic, now called the Oath-Taking at Tanza. This turned out to be a turning point for the revolution against Spanish colonizers, thereby giving the estate a historical prominence in the national struggle for freedom.
The house is a well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, with wooden balconies, capiz windows, and detailed carvings that reflect the skill of the time. The building has a chapel, which is still an integral part of the estate, utilized for religious rituals and historic celebrations.
