FEBRUARY 19, 2026 — For Viency Y. De La Cerna, education was once a formidable challenge. Today, Viency is a third-year Juris Doctor student at Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation College of Law, steadfastly pursuing her dream of becoming a lawyer.
