BATANGAS CITY — In response to mounting global energy challenges, Governor Vilma Santos-Recto has signed Executive Order No. 07, Series of 2026, mandating measures to ensure the more efficient use of petroleum products across the province. The directive particularly focuses on gasoline and diesel consumption while emphasizing that essential public services must remain uninterrupted.
