SETYEMBRE 3, 2025 — Nagpalabas ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Orders (ILBOs) si Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla laban sa 35 indibidwal na umano’y sangkot sa mga iregularidad sa mga flood control project ng pamahalaan.

Ayon sa Bureau of Immigration, inatasan ang mga tauhan sa paliparan at pantalan na bantayan ang mga pangalan sa listahan at agad na i-report sa mga kinauukulan sakaling magtangkaing lumabas ng bansa ang sinuman sa kanila.

Ang hakbang ay tugon sa kahilingan ni Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince B. Dizon na maglabas ng ILBO para sa 26 opisyal at kontratista ng ahensiya. Hindi pa malinaw kung ang lahat ng 26 ay kabilang sa 35 na isinailalim sa ILBO o kung may mga nadagdag pa.

Sa kanyang liham kay Remulla, iginiit ni Dizon:

“In addition to the issuance of ILBO, may we further request that the Bureau of Immigration be instructed to immediately inform the DPWH and other law enforcement agencies of any information regarding the impending travel of these individuals.” 

(Bukod sa paglalabas ng ILBO, hinihiling naming agad na ipagbigay-alam ng Bureau of Immigration sa DPWH at iba pang ahensya ng gobyerno ang anumang impormasyon kaugnay sa posibleng paglalakbay ng mga nasabing indibidwal.)
