MANILA — A Grade 9 student from Pasig City has been reported missing, with the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) confirming that search and investigation efforts are ongoing after she was last seen on March 18, 2026, in Barangay Santolan.

NCRPO spokesperson Police Major Hazel Asilo said the 15-year-old student, identified as Isabelle Sophia Tablate, was last seen after informing her father that she would meet classmates. The case was reported to authorities on March 19, prompting immediate police action.

Her father, JR Tablate, has appealed to the public for help in locating his daughter, stressing that her last communication indicated she was on her way home from school in Quezon City.

Police investigators have since conducted interviews with family members, relatives, and classmates, while also backtracking her movements prior to her disappearance. The NCRPO has coordinated with the Cybercrime Unit to examine possible digital traces that could aid in the search.

Authorities emphasized that the case is being treated with urgency, given the vulnerability of minors in missing person incidents. “We are exhausting all efforts to locate the student and ensure her safety,” Asilo said, assuring the public that the NCRPO is working closely with the family and community.

The incident has sparked concern among parents and educators in Pasig City, highlighting the importance of vigilance and community cooperation in safeguarding students. Police have urged anyone with information about Isabelle Sophia’s whereabouts to immediately contact the nearest police station.

This case underscores the NCRPO’s continuing commitment to child protection and community safety, as authorities intensify their search to bring the missing student home safely.
