Born on June 2, 1988, Stephanie "Phanie" Galan Teves-Wong hails from a family with a rich heritage of public service. Her upbringing in Muntinlupa, intertwined with strong ties to Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, instilled in her a profound understanding of community needs and the importance of dedicated leadership from a young age.

Vice Mayor Teves is not only a seasoned public servant but also a scholar of governance. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from San Beda College Alabang, followed by a Master’s in Public Management from the prestigious Ateneo School of Government. A Decade of Legislative Experience

At just 25 years old, Teves embarked on her public service career, securing a seat as City Councilor for Muntinlupa’s 1st District in 2013.
